If the box is located inside Oregon City limits, a per day fee of $7.70 will be charged if the box is at your site for more than two working days without being emptied but will not exceed $77.00 per month. We do not count weekends or holidays.

The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality prohibits the disposal of asbestos-containing material except in permitted landfills.
These materials need to be tested and cleared of asbestos before to determine the proper disposal site. Asbestos survey reports or lab test results are required for construction and demolition waste from residential structures built before 2004. This rule applies to all commercial structures regardless of age. Commercial structures include residential buildings that contain four or more units.
We are happy to assist in the testing process if your box may container the items in the list below.
The following materials need to be tested for asbestos:
Electrical: switch gear, circuit boxes and fuse panels; wiring with cloth insulation. Romex wiring is exempt from testing
Interior walls and ceilings: acoustical tiles, glue dots, plaster, and drywall (joint compound and texturing)
Exterior walls: cement siding, stucco
Flooring: vinyl tiles, sheet vinyl, mastic adhesives
Insulation/fireproofing: block, boiler, spray-applied, vermiculite, MonoKote, sink undercoating, thermal system insulation. Fiberglass, cellulose, and mineral wool are exempt from testing
Gaskets: furnace, mechanical, boiler, wood stove. Automotive gaskets are exempt from testing
Heating: white paper or seam tape on ducts, air-duct cement and insulation
Roofing materials: tar paper, felt, silver/white roofing paint, Nicolite paper
Fire doors, fire/kiln brick and fireproofing
Various compounds: window glazing, adhesives, caulks, patching, mastics, vapor barrier products. Plastic or synthetic materials such as Tyvek are exempt from testing

A refund will be issued if the final weight is under two tons. The price listed here is a deposit on the box and MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE to the driver, over the phone, or online.
* The difference between the haul fee inside and outside the city limits is set by Clackamas County.
** The prices here are a flat rate every time we dump the box. The first dump MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE to the driver, over the phone, or online. Large demolition projects such as mobile homes, houses, and other buildings are subject to additional upfront deposits and are assessed on a case by case basis. Please call (503) 656-8403 for more information.
*** Once the newspapers or phone books are delivered to the recycling center, the customer receives the recycling refund amount.
